It is a website that sells things of limited quantity on a fast changing basis at what is usually a really good price. The item usually sells for about 30-40 minutes and they usually only have a few of whatever they are selling. They seem to really be lacking on the variety of items they have had on there lately so if you see somthing you want and arent quite sure just keep an eye out because chances are it will pop up again a few days later.

I did get a 3 liter camelbak for $34 though.

I believe they are part of backcountry.com. They also own brociety.com which is the same as chain love but sells snowboard gear. They also owen dogfunk.com. They have some killer deals and an even better return policy!

Keep an eye on the prices.....same item could show up with 2 or 3 different prices.....and it doesn't mean the price is only going down.......have seen some items sell for 54.99, then 44.99, then back up to 54.99.

And just because it sells out does not mean they are sold out.....keep and eye out, that item will reappear in a fw days.

Chainlove is basically the clearing house for backcountry.com. Go to backcountry and see what they have listed for sale.......these are mostly the items that cycle through chainlove.....however the prices are generally higher at backcountry.

No one has mentioned that Chainlove(or any of their other names above)
have the BEST customer service in the business !!!!
They ship very fast, and extremely nice to deal with if you do have a problem:thumbsup:

Agreed i have bought alot of snowboard gear and they are the best when it comes to probs and returns.

If they are part of Backcountry that explains why they have great customer service. I have used Backcountry before and had to return some stuff and they were great about it.

Just be aware......

I ordered a WTB Stout from them for 21.99 + 8.00 shippng.......tire shows up jammed into a box....no labeling or anything.

Ordered 2 more Stouts about 3 weeks later for 19.99 each + 11.95 shipping.....tires rolled up on original card just like retail.......each in its own box. Box was big enough to put both tires in.

Otherwise happy with them so far.

There return policy is rather unique. I bought a set of Shimano LX dual control levers I never used back in September 09, I returned them in March. They had no questions for me just gave me a label and said thank you. I also have a pair of Fox baggies that are too small that I bought earlier then the Shimanos and am returning them now they were always too small I just never got around it. I checked my old orders and the return option was there same thing just got a label and sent it off.

My guess is they just put the items back up for sale anyways.
