Very nice bike you got there. I've seen those bars on other bikes, but grabbed you photo to use as an example, hope you don't mind.
The Jones bars look comfortable and I was thinking about getting them for the SS I just built but they seem aweful spendy.

I live over on the coast in Florence. I'm gonna be over at Tumalo for a week this summer. Got any trails you could recommend for a good SS ride, which LBS in Bend would be the best for getting the scoop on the local trails?

There are PLENTY of trails for a good SS ride. The best one at the moment will depend upon when you come, because the lower trails get very dusty by midsummer. Just about every shop in town (e.g., Hutch's, WebCyclery, Sunnyside Sports, On the Way, etc.) can fill you in, but I'm sure that B.O.S.S. will be able to show you around too.
