Is this a carbon crack = replacement? Help plz

Hi guys...

Just recived my new and pretty expensive carbon ht (canyon cf 8) and found this on the seatstays.

The lowest "hole" seems deeper than the ones placed highest.
what to do?

im no expert but it looks like some air bubbles that formed in the epoxy topcoat. i would think that it would be fine. maybe you should contact manufacturer prior to build up if for no other reason than to document you concern.

they do any type of repair for any carbon frame

I sent my carbon road into them years ago and fantastic repair

It reminds me of a few hasty clearcoats I've done where the temperature was too low or otherwise there were a few spots of contaminant on the surface. The clear pulled away from the spot leaving a small depression.
