Shifter Cables Sram Pit-Stop Straight Jacket
Pedals Wellgo WAM-B25
Top Cap Transition

Am I missing anything?

SRAM pit stop cables will work great for that set up, he prolly just didn't see you had them there. Pit stops are actually my personal favorite's cause they last ages if you keep em lubed. Make sure to get good housings as well or they can rust in the off season etc.

BB Tool
Headset Press
Cassette tool and corresponding wrench
Cable Cutters
Pliers
Torx/allen set
Hack saw
Lube/grease
Cable Ferrules/caps
Beer
Shock pump
Zip ties

That is if YOU are really building your first bike. Or you could take it to a shop to get the bb and headset done - for about $50-$75. But were's the fun in that.

Ummmm the pit stop's at my local shop don't come with housing, but you can always check. If not, whatever housing your local shop recommends will probably work great, I usually go with jagwire.

Quoted for emphasis, this is the stuff that can stop you in your tracks if you're missing it or don't know how to use it. Sounds like you've got your pieces together just fine.

Add in BB tool, star nut setter, something to cut and bleed hydraulic brake lines and I think you've just about covered it.

You forgot the most importent component for successful assembly..............................................................................................................................BEER.... Good luck .

don't forget:

headset spacers
starnut
QR Skewers
Pedal Wrench (if necessary)
Hacksaw to cut fork steerer tube

AND...it's a good idea to get your frame faced and chased...IME

edit...a bike stand is super duper handy....srsly....
