Sounds sweet JoJo. Yeah I guess my original posting is a little confusing asking for pics and then I post a link to Jenson's picture! What I meant was if anyone had any pics of it built up. Got any you can show of yours or your wifes?

I don't have one right now, but Jenson's pic is accurate on their site - my guess is they built one up and took a pic. I attached it. Note the top-pull FD - a giveaway it's a 2008 Colorado frame (the 2009 taiwanese built frame went to a bottom-pull FD and 31.8 seatpost).

The pic is exactly what I have - color, decals, components, etc. I believe the 2009 frame has a more relaxed 69 deg head tube, whereas this one's 71 deg. The bike's a gem - it's a steal at this price. I think they only have Large's left. I noticed they lowered the price another 50 bucks today to 2299. This is truly a bargain. If a large fits you, get it!

Jenson has plenty of '09 frames left, though.

Hey...hangon a tic....the steer angle is DIFFERENT ???

The ASR frame that has a 27.2mm seat post vs the 30.6mmm seat post have differing head angles - 71 vs 69 respectively???

This is somewhat interesting....I want the 69 degree head angle!!!

Anyway of confirming this.....thanks guys....LC

Stoked to finally be a part of the tribe! Here's my ASR I picked up from Jenson. It has a Fox F120 on the front. Just need to get housing and cables ran, the steerer cut down, and to set up the tires I have ordered as tubeless when the team order gets in. It should be quite the change from the Felt I've ridden the last couple years (hardtail and 80mm Dart 1). Can't wait to get it out on the dirt and to do some racing this year.

Built it for my son....22lbs 10oz

$969 from Jenson - Thanksgiving Weekend price.

Could change this into a 1X9, and lose a pound and get into the 21lbs range.

highlights:

10mm solid rear axle
15mm QR front axle
custom wheels from CRC, DTSwiss Rev, Sun EQ21, Hope Pro II
Ceramic BB from Enduro - wheels will be next for the bearing treatment.

do you mind posting a parts list with weights?
Hey, glad you like the biuld, but I really dont have he wieghts of all the parts...sorry about that chief!

I can list off the entire build;

Crank bros directset
Foam gips on the RaceFace Next Sl bar - 25.4mm with 100mm Thomson elite Stem.
X.9 triggers with X.9 RD (mod with ceramic pulleys) XT FD
M960 crankset, with Enduro ceramic BB, CrankBros 4Ti Eggbeater pedals.
Elixer CR brakes, nice avid G3 160mm rotors.
XTR cassette 11-34.
SWorks fast trak 2.0 tires, Stan's fluid + tape.
Easton EC70 post with SanMarco saddle.
Fox F100 FIT 15qr
Hope PRO II, DTSwiss Rev, Sun EQ21

The frame is wonderful at around 4.5lbs (size small), really solid and reliable build....it could be a 20lb bike with some crazy light tires, X.0 twister, Extralite stem, bar.....but really, this bike needs to be HUGE FUN, strong and reliable....LC(thx)

My ASR-C

Hi,

Here is my 2010 ASR, i havent been able to use it much because on the 4th ride I broke the derailleur hanger and its been a pain in the ass to get an other one because I live in Mexico but the frame is a work of art.
And yes...I know I need longer hydraulic lines but is really hard to get them... I hope they get here before the derailleur hanger
