Not sure what my options are? I guess I could just get a fully rigid steel mountain bike and put on some mountain drops for some Nitto Mustaches.
Maybe one of those Rawlands Sogn(which ever one comes with gears)
I dunno, maybe the Bridgestone XO-1 was made irrelevant by the great success of the cyclocross bike.
I'm very bored, just let me hear your thoughts, particularly XO owners

I like that the XO-1 can do a little bit of everything. My road rides are not necessarily limited to the road and I no longer own a true road bike because of their lack of ability to run any decent tires.
Atlantis would be on my short list if I had the money laying around which I don't. Although I see they may not be making them anymore, so me thinks I should reconsider priorities.

If you have trouble finding one let me know. They're big around here and a local shop generally has 4-5 frames hanging up.

If you want something similar to a road bike you don't want an XO-1 which was a rigid MTB with mustache bars basically. When you say descent tires what do you mean? I ride gravel and hardpack trail all the time with 700x23c. Are you looking for a larger tire but 700c? Go with a cyclecross bike. There will be a ton used for sale come the end of cross season and xmas.

If you're looking for a rigid MTB with flat-bars that will run slicks well that's a bit tougher. Looking at Rawland's page they don't seem to have much in stock these days, but I know a few folks that are happy with their bikes. The Surly 1x1 comes to mind as it seems budget is a concern. The problem is most of those bikes are overbuilt for non-offroad riding.
