Heck I did not need money for the SEMA show anyway.

I'll need a few more items so all suggestions are welcome.

Fork: 170 to 180 range.
Cranks: I'll move over my Atlas cranks and put a set of XT on the EL Rey.
Hubs: Most likely Hadley.
Rims: Prefer Tubeless - options needed.
Brakes: I like my Hope Mono M4's which could be moved over and a more XC style could be placed back on the El Rey.
Drive train: I'm happy with X9.

All the other items will fall into place as funds become available.

Fox DHX RC2 with 450x2.80 spring. Will need something heavier for the fat kid.

Blemish = It's a bike and for the savings I can live with it.

It's Halloween so it has to be black!

that is awesome!
I won't be a full blown hooligan as I'm to old and frail. I've wanted a longer travel bike for a while now. It could take a year to gather parts but it's a start and it was hard to beat the price. Plus I would rather spend the money on a frame then a darn slot machine next week in Vegas.

OK, now it's official. I'm the new owner of your El Cap. You won't be needing it any longer.
I have an El Rey knucklehead! I doubt it's going to be leaving my ownership. If I truly end up enjoying the Titus and I don't build it too heavy. I could see moving the El Rey components to a HT 29'er and selling the frame. That would be a down the road from where I'm at right now. I would also need to sell the frame to someone I respected. So with geared bikes being taboo for you and my other requirement. You're not even making it past round 1 slick! ;)
