I was thinking the same thing. Kind of weird???
those could be replacement stickers...i know mine sure didnt last long, although i never bothered to replace them. Although i thought 2002's also came with marked leg guards...

well this is all pretty academic anyways...

Do you think it is worth it to trade my 2003 Junior T for a 2001 Shiver? Will the performance be noticeably better than before?
Is this a serious question being asked?

If it is a straight trade for equally functioning (no oil leaks, bushings not shot) junior T for a shiver then do it in a second.

As to if the performance will be noticeably better, depends for what. Riding uphill probably not. Going real fast downhill absolutely. Especially through stutter bumps where a Jr T is absolute sh!t.

If the Shiver is not in bad shape I do not see how you can lose. Unless the steertube is too short to fit on your bike.

Sorry Bob...

that being said, the shiver is a super sick fork-
esp. w/ the moto cart.(03-05)
But the damping on the Shiver, HSCV, has been the same since 01 and continues unchanged for 05. There have never been MX carts in the Shiver. The only Marz bike fork to have MX carts was the 03-present Monster T. People for some reason seem to get the bike Shiver confused with the Moto one. For more reference check this thread... IS it an OEM Shiver? It says that there weren't any according to that topic but were the OEM one's any difference in performance incase it is? Thanks and sorry for all the questions I ask here.

geez, you're a worrier arent you?

yes, it may possibly be OEM, but they are the same as the aftermarket ones, exept some may have different colors. Some early ones didnt have fork guards but of course this is not the case.

ITS A GREAT FORK NO MATTER WHAT THE YEAR OR WHERE IT CAME FROM!!!!

Alright thanks Zedro and everyone else. Just want to make sure becasue it is a big descision to make when getting a new fork and I don't want it to be a bad fork (which now I know it isn't). Thanks again.
