I was walking out side going to class, and it's about 40 degrees out, winds around 30, and been raining off and on all day, and all i can think about is going for a ride or go sailing with like 5 foot waves.

i rode last night and the temp was in the upper 30s. didnt feel bad at all once you got moving.
it's not the temp that's bad, it's the wind coming off of the water that's killer, then add in some rain, now it's just fun time 
I get that every day at work. When someone opens the loading dock door I can see one of the mountains I ride. :madman:

defiantly is fall. went for a little sail to relieve the stress of finals, 43 degrees winds at 20, had sun, sleet, hail, snow, rain, and frozen rain, all in about an hour. gotta love this time of year.

doc just ordered me off the bike for 6 weeks for the collarbone -- and every day I step out the door, my first thought is where to ride! My sister was in the recovery room after my surgery the other day, and my first mumbled words were about "a f'n bike", as she quoted me.
I might go sailing. It's nice to know there are other window washing freaks like me. :thumbsup:
right now, Sonars. In the spring hopefully a Farr 40, or else going to stay with the Sonar.

My two favorite sports...mountain biking and sailing! People just don't get it until they've done it. Sailing is such unexpected fun times, it is a thrill you can't explain to others until they've experienced it themselves.
sadly between school and sailing not much is left for biking at the moment, but a 4 year semi break from biking to race with school is worth it i think
