I just bought an F5 and I want to raise the handlebars. Store told me the bars are fixed height, no adjustment. I assume there is a replacement handlebar extension tube I can buy?

My father-in-law just bought an F7 and he had them put some "extension" on it that raised the bars. I'll try to find out what it is exactly. I know it was only ~$20.
I had a shorter stem with a higher degree angle put on my F4 as well as some riser bars. Just a thought.
