I had heard that there is a lockout kit to upgrade older Rockshox forks. Where can I find more info on this if it exists? I can't find anything on the SRAM/Rockshox website. I have a 2001 SID XC that I am looking to update. Are there any other useful mods that can be made to this fork?

I have a 2000 Sid XC that has been rebuilt to 2001 specs. Just got a Manitou Skareb Elite 80 and there is no comparison in the plushness and feel. My advice would be dump the XC on Ebay for $100 and order a Skareb from Jenson for $219 with a headset.

the parts would most likely end up costing more than the value of the fork, you would need at least the whole pure damper and then again i dont know if you could get away with your current hydra air spring only on one side, i guess so anyway because its presently done on the dukes, but anyway, not worth it moneywise.
