Take it to Electro-Tech (in San Marcos, right off the 78 at the Woodland Pwky exit). Great family owned business who has done a lot of bikes.
I just called them. I need some handlebars redone and they told me it would be 55 dollars for single coat and 75 for a double coat. I think i'm going to get it done and they also said that thier turnaround was 1 week.
Not bad we'll see how it turns out. I'll post pics when it's finished so you can see the quality.

My son, a metal fabricator also recommends Electro-Tech in San Marcos. A couple other places in the San Marcos/Vista area. One is: North County Powder Coating. My other son had his BMX bike done there.

Electro-Tech in San Marcos. Price was 55 dollars for one coat or 75 for two. I was going to toss them out right before I saw this post, but I'm glad i didn't. It was hard to choose which color becuase they had so much variety.

Well this will give you an idea on how much it will be in case someone wants to do a frame or something.

All I have to say is you get what you pay for, and the picture quality does not do the handlbars justice because they look even better than the pictures.

Same amount. That's their minimum job price. Two frames would have been $75...
They do a great job. They are the OEM powder coaters for a handful of local bike companies, too, like Quattro Assi for example. They know and understand the requirements for work on extremely lightweight thinwall bikes.
