I placed an order, they sent me the wrong part and then the expect me to pay for return shipping? lol What a lousy company, I won't be placing an order with them again! 
This is my big complaint. I ordered 3 things that I needed from them a while back. As an afterthought, I ordered a cheap pump ($12) for my wife. It turns out that the 3 items that I needed were out of stock and not coming in anytime soon. Instead of calling or emailing to see if there was anything that I would like instead, they just sent the pump and hit me with $8 shipping. By the time I found out, it was too late to cancel the order. I could have sent the pump back, but they wouldn't have refunded the shipping either way. I doubt that you are likley to find anyone with any better customer service then Cambria. I have outfitted more than three bikes with parts from these guys and yes they make mistakes from time to time but they have the best prices, bar none, and they have never given me a hassle returning products or giving me a price match.
