This is a 1x12 SLX derailleur on a full sus bike that sees moderate riding. Part of the cage has broken and one idler is not supported on the inside. No major function problems yet. Is there any way to fix this, or just replace the whole derailleur?
If I do replace the whole derailleur, cost difference between SLX, Deore and XT 1x12 options is pretty small. Would I miss anything downgrading to Deore, or experience any benefit upgrading to XT?
