There was a recent thread that described quick or thumb spinners: a low profile driver that is used by your finger and thumb to drive a 1/4" hex bit. This is similar to what I want, but I'm looking for other options as I'm in Australia and it'll take too long to get here. 1/4" Drive Spinner | Chapman MFG

I think someone pointed out that Park Tool also makes one, but call it something else, and I can't find it in the catalogue. Any help would be appreciated. I can find quite a few options that drive 1/4" square socket, but this is not what I need as they are too high for the space I need to get into and I need to drive a philips bit.

Thanks Tim

Thanks for that, I couldn't find it at all. I'll get ordering. I need it to remove a small electrical component from my Mazda. I got it out with a philips hex bit being driven by a 1/4" spanner, but it took 5 times longer than needed and my knuckles are very bloody.

Most auto parts stores by me have them. That's where I got mine
