electric bike pumps? worth it?

Don't you put Speedos on your blow up dolls and take photos? A Trek electric pump will pump the dolls up faster for you.

@ForaFrank will a Trek electric bike pump work on blow up dolls? I figure they are good for tires. I'm unsure how they would work for a blow up doll. Asking for another forum member.

While one has to admire the commitment to finding multi-purpose tools, this is a classic case of using a surgical scalpel when you need a snow shovel. A Trek electric pump is a high-pressure, low-volume device, designed to force air into a small, durable tire carcass until it's rock hard.

That particular kind of inflatable is a high-volume, low-pressure item. Using a bike pump would be incredibly slow and, more importantly, would risk a catastrophic and likely very loud failure when the pressure suddenly exceeds what the seams were designed for. Tell your "forum member" to look for a simple, high-volume pump designed for air mattresses or pool floats. It's the right tool for that specific job.
