Also did an "easy" 6 mile hot lap of the trails down low. It got toasty but I started my ride at 6:55PM so got a nice little breeze and it cooled down quite a bit as I went. As I rode around I saw three “herds” on this one ride all about the same size. This is why we can’t have nice things 365 locally :(

No kidding. I just took a quick ride up St. Joe’s yesterday and it felt surprisingly warm.

Mega pull yesterday and today to add a little drop, lol. Oh well, its fun and definitely a skills feature. You only get the speed you can hold during the turn. My guess is the ride around to the right is going to be very popular!

Point of no return!

Adam testing the ride around. (I've since cleaned up the bank to riders right by about 2', this was when it was still in progress and he had to bail)

I'm freaking destroyed...

Skyno and I hit the road and stopped in Mendo for a mellow launch.

Then rolled over to Blue Lake and that place delivered some tasty-ass runs. BL is really fun.

Then we hit a killer fern canyon that had us rolling 3 miles of beach traverse to access...the trip back was horrible wirth swamps and mean plants but epic...and waterfalls.

Today we landed at Whiskey Run with a promise to not ride...but failed because the dirt was perfect. We hit the beach after...now we are listening to dope music. Tomorrow we ride for real here.

Back home after a work trip. Spent some time chainsawing out the last "blockage" on the new line in oh-dark-thirty. Went home and geared up early as its supposed to go over 100 today. Rode the previous newnew and PB'd and finally went sub-2mins. That's pretty fast for the trail especially now the ladder drop is in! Also rode the newly opened corridor and its good, but I need to clean the trail tread up a bit to see the speed to know where I want the features. On the way out, sprung two coyote pups at the nearby stream. Got a pretty good shot of one of them. They are so frickin cute!

Also of course have to have some action shots!

The space drop. It is like you are riding off the edge of the Earth the first time you hit it though its actually pretty chill!

The ladder drop awaits!

Hitting jumps at 31 mph is a little intimidating lol!

I think we reached that point where the ride was okay but the shower was all-time.

Rode from LG over to Fremont Older for the FO History Ride today. It was a bit toasty on the way home 🥵
