Bought a chain the other day when I saw this post. Was contemplating the code brakes, but I will continue with my Guide T’s. I just upgraded to sintered pads and 200mm rotors. I’m sure it will be more than enough power now.

No they are not, it's just Specialized realizing they ordered 1,000 too many and also realizing that they are going to be specing Transmission on most mountain builds going forward so they have no use for these. I bet they also wanted them off their books for year end inventory purposes.

My order for 2 forks and 4 sets of brakes, showed it went through. I got forks, which is what I wanted most. Then today I got a message saying they refunded me for the rear brakes I ordered, because of a "inventory error", but the front ones shipped. So, I guess I got at least a few front brakes cheap.

They seem to screw up their inventories quite a bit. I think I remember it happening the first chain go around, but I could be wrong.

You might not be mad but I bet a couple members a few posts up might be. If you believe in karma at all you'd do well to sell those extra two chains on to one of them.

I ordered 2 chains and a set of Level TLM brakes on January 8th, received Fedex tracking info a day or 2 later and since then it has not been updated. Tracking info only shows that a shipping label has been made. When I contacted Incycle, they said a few packages were not scanned during the outgoing process and that it should update when it reaches the next location, days have gone by and it never updated. Contacted them again and this was their reply:

"My team that picked and boxed your items remember the package and could swear it was picked up by Fedex and left the facility sadly sometimes they don't get scanned or get lost in transit. I'm looking into what our options are at the moment I will keep you updated."

Contacted them yesterday asking about my options, no answer, I haven't heard anything in 3 days....

I had 2 friends ordered the same chains slightly after I did and they received them 10 days ago.
