I would check to make sure that fork can handle a 180mm rotor. Most gravel forks are rated for 160mm max. This is also why it’s hard to find an adapter to do this. Here is one option:

This Sram document has all the specs.

I'm curious.. why do you need more power ? How much do you weigh? What size tires are you using? Are you riding with a load?
