I want to change the shim stack of my charger 2.1 on my pike to fit my needs better, Im very light around 62kg so I want as little damping as possible and rely on my flow-tune air spring, where can I find different combinations of shims online? , I don't want to bring it to a shop. Would changing the weight of the oil work?

Some questions…
First of all, What are your current settings?
What’s your problem? Or what do you miss?
Why don’t you want to bring it to a shop?
Are you familiar with working on suspension?
Do you have the tools you’ll need already?
An answer already, yes you might win a little with a higher viscosity oil. (That’s depending on the regular temps)

I'm running like around 3 clicks of LSC and 0 hsc, I want it to be even more open so I can fine tune the LSC a bit more, I have taken it all apart before and have all the tools just don't know what combination of shims I need to make it how I want it. I have maxima plush dynamic light oil in it, I think it's 0w 30, I had to bleed it cause I've kinda neglected it for a year lol. Is there any oil that's even lighter?

Don't want to take it to a shop because I find this stuff very interesting and fun to take apart and do myself :)

Shoot @HollyBoni a DM, he’s the same weight like you and if I recall correctly he rebuilt his Charger 2.1 for the same reasons.

Haha did you do it your self or did you bring it to a shop?
So I have a 150mm Pike Select+ Charger 2.1 that came stock on my bike. Pretty much the same as the Ultimate but without the HSC adjuster. Stock the fork felt just "dead", it was either very easy to bottom out, or had zero small bump sensitivity and no mid stroke support. The rebound just felt strange as well. I weigh 64-65kg.
First I got an Everflow air spring. Then I sent the fork to M-Suspensiontech in Germany for a damper tune and bushing burnishing. He makes custom pistons as well, so it's much more involved than just changing the shim stack to another factory tune.
The fork has been completely transformed. The small bump sensitivity is great, yet the fork is supportive and hard to bottom out. It feels much much more controlled and calm on bigger hits, the rebound feels fast yet controlled. I can't really explain it, but I really love the fork now, I trust the bike so much more. It simply just works. It also highlighted how bad the rear suspension works with a stock Super Deluxe.
I bought another 120mm Pike Ultimate Charger 2.1 for a hardtail build (mainly because I love my tuned Pike so much), and I was reminded again how bad the fork feels in stock form. It just feels dead, and the compression dials just make things worse.

I highly recommend M-Suspension, I think they still charge a €150 for a damper tune. That includes dissasembly, assembly and everything. I think it's an awesome deal for that price.

What air spring do you have in your fork?

What a coincidence I also have the Everflow air spring love that thing, I'll have a look and I'll probably send it off. Cheers

I think what im looking for is just more small bump sensitivity, the everflow aispring provides so much support already, I just need the fork to move easier
When going slower over small bumps, friction is your biggest enemy. Maybe a bushing burnishing and switching to a more slippery oil like Supergliss might help.
The damper can reduce small bump sensitivity as well, but I think it's more noticeable over bigger bumps.
