I am Petr, come from Czech Republic and 7.5 years ago I started a thread here - Powerful LED Headlamp & Bikelight, LEDs directly... - about developing high quality headlamps. Finally I made it happen, suceeded, set up small company and started making them for customers. The story behind it is that first M1 headlamp was made to be my own perfect racing headlamp for all my orienteering, multisport and 24h competitions.

After unsuccessful crowdfunding campaign in September 2014, I decided to try it, put all my money into buying amateur CNC machine Tormach (USA), quickly learned cnc machining and started making first headlamp bodies. As you can probably imagine, from the beginning it was just hard work, actually never-ending job with awful lot of overtimes. I started it just by myself, so it was only my knowledge and responsibility to do everything right. First few years it was really tough and I was just about to survive financially, I was fighting with scaling production and how to supply very seasonal demand. But I loved that, to be my own boss and slowly build company. I was putting much effort to make it reality.

Over the last years we gained popularity among many athletes, developed new headlamp models and get them to the highest level fully comparable to large known european manufacturers. I would even proudly say our lamps are better in many parameters. It was continous development and still is as we do small upgrades and develop new accessories every year.

ALL CURRENTLY SOLD HEADLAMPS: (UPDATED 18.2.2022)
Every our headlamp usually offers 5 constant regulated modes with runtimes 180h to 2h. Customers can choose between two different LEDs - either the most powerful Cree XP-L2,V6,4500K or Samsung LH351D, 5000K, CRI93. There are many battery sizes to choose as well TIR optics combination. We also offer extension cords, bicycle helmet mounts and bike frame mounts so all lamps can be easily used on a bike. We ship worldwide, to Europe it takes few working days, oversea little longer. Warranty is worldwide 3-5 yrs depending on the model. Current failure rates are nearly zero, we stand behind our products and consider absolute reliability to be very important.

I made all the development myself - it means, that I developed many different buck and boost switching converters for various input voltages, tuned them to the ultra effeciency reaching 97%, modeled all CAD parts, milled and programmed all aluminium parts on our CNC machine, milled our own injection molds for all plastic parts and programmed all MCU programs in C language. So I know lot of things in general and everything related to our headlamps so I can answer any question.
