I have 24" wide monkey like 3/4 rise and was curious if you all run wider bars on your singlespeed.
How wide are your handlebars?

Bar Width
My bars are 26.5". That's pretty wide when you consider that I'm only 5'1" tall! They kinda got in the way from time to time when I lived out east, but here in Colorado, they are just dandy.

I think everyone should list their shoulder width or at least their height with an approximation of their build, otherwise this thread is irrelivent. I mean, what size shoe does everyone wear when riding their singlespeed?
I'm 5' 7.5" with a medium build. Someone who's 6' and a large build will find 28" bars too narrow, but they're probably too big for me.
And I wear a size 42 shoe on all my bikes.

Same as Sparty except 3" shorter in height, 32lbs less, 2" shorter inseam, 3" smaller waist 2 euro size smaller feet 1" smaller top tube, 20mm shorter cranks, 1 size large gloves, uses a fork and doesn't know what the last comment is refering to which is apparently why I'm preparing to ride and my lovely wife is sleepingSparticus said:
