Shimano Internal Hub Grease...Three Different Part Numbers, What's the Difference?

Getting ready to pull my Shimano SG-3C41 Nexus 3-speed hub which calls for Internal Hub Grease Y-041 20800 (white).

However when trying to find it on Amazon, I'm finding there are two other Shimano internal hub grease products. Are these interchangeable and/or compatible and what's the difference between each of these products...?
