The secret that all car guys worth their salt (or their water if they are on the plant Arrakis).

For ages auto tuners have known the secret to adding 3-5hp to any car. Now, I have taken that same technology and brought it the world of bicycles. Not just road bikes, but to all mountain bike, from a weight weenie XC racer all the way to a burly downhill decenter and every one in between.

The “K&N” sticker! That’s right, the high-performance gains know only to those that use the power of the “K&N” sticker can be yours. By employing the same power of the “K&N” sticker I bring you the “Speed Strips”. The “Speed Strip” using stealth nano-technology only available from a secret online retailer (Amazon.com) can add up to nearly 5hp to your MTB!

That’s right, for zero payment of $19.99 a month, you too can benefit can from the Ultra-Fast, super-duper nano gizmos, and the power of G5 network, and the insanity of N+1 you too can benefit from “Speed Strips”!

During a sleepless night, I found myself adding “Speed Strips” to my Fuel, for no other reason, and the metallic tape was within reach, and I was not thinking clearly. Do the “Speed Strips” really add speed, why not…

The reason the KN makes more horsepower is it’s louder the factory intake and louder means moar.

I run the K&N on my Tesla, the power increase is very noticeable, especially on the low end.
Try using race gas, mixed with butter for that extra smoothness for the high end power. 😂

Hmmm... maybe you got into some of @SouthSoundRider's Mary J. Wanna or sumpthin'?
5 hp is some serious output on a mountain bike -- even more than one o' them e-gizmos.

OTOH the racing stripes look nifty. (y)

I have the KN CAI on my Jeep. There's no added horsepower on an inline 6 tractor motor but it noticeably breaths better at altitude than the stock box.
Might work on pre computer vehicles, but then you’d run rich down low, then there’s the increased risk of engine damage from poor filtration.

My Jeep is an 04 TJ Rubicon with an OBD port. I check the throttle body often and it's always clean.

I also grew up where K&N is headquartered and home to offroad and MX champions through the years. They all were sponsored by K&N. I'm not a fan boy and the Jeep is the only vehicle in the motor pool with their filter. And like I mentioned, I was only after better breathing at 8000'. The stock box sucks. The Jeep is low miles and maybe sees 4000 miles a year if that and never over 40mph. Sometimes I'll give it an Italian tune up.
