Rocky Mounts, Tomahawk. Anyone use this with a Large Ripmo

The tomahawk says it supports up to a 48in Wheel Base, the Large Ripmo has a base of 48.7in

Hoping someone here has tried the setup.

I tried calling and talking to both Ibis and RockyMounts, both dont know if it will work or not.

I have a Tomahawk and a size large Giant Trance X Advanced Pro 29er that Giant lists the wheelbase as 48.8. It works. The rear wheel strap can’t go far enough back on the tray to get to the bottom of the wheel at the six o’clock position like my other bikes, but it gets to about the 7 o’clock position. I have no issues with it at this point! I’d say you would be fine.

That is good to know, i will see how it looks once the bike is ready.

i did also just order a 1up Roof Rack, it supports up to a 51in base, so i know this one will definitely work.
