Typically not as they are glossed over. You will need to sand the decal off and most likely need to repaint the entire frame. You can possibly add a custom sticker on top of it, but getting a perfect match may be difficult.

A lot of the new higher end treks don't even have decals, they are painted logos.

I'm guessing "stickers be ugly" reasons. Which I fully support, but sadly almost none are removable anymore.
