This deal is the straw that broke the camels back. Because of this, I'm going to build my first ever bike.

Thanks for saving me a couple hundred dollars and costing me thousands. :)

So I think that "DHR / EMTB" notice is to help differentiate between TRPs brake line that was supporting 1.8mm rotors and 2.3mm respectively. These are 2.3mm - and the newer mfgr blurbs make that point more clearly per what brakesets work. But they are seemingly heavy for rotors if that's a thing you care about. I'd say no go on Shimano brakes tho - those are 1.8mm rotor brakes and 2.3mm is prob a bridge too far (I've used 2mm magura rotors before and remember the tolerance being tight).

I got shipping notice btw.
thanks

I was thinking of using the TRp rotor with slx and deore pistons but they seem too thick so I will only use them in the TRP Slate Evo then dont want to rub lol

Please let us know if they ship. These might be a good, affordable upgrade from the Shimano 2 piston brakes that came on my Vitus Mythique.
Mine shipped while I was sleeping!

LOL!!! Sorry about that!

These can accept Shimano pads right? D02S for metallic?

Do you need the 2.3mm brake rotors? they're out of stock and I don't see any others on the site.

Hope someone got theirs! I'm a bit nervous to spend that much on shipping if I have any issues...
You don’t need 2.3mm rotors, but that’s what they’re designed for. Have a buddy running standard sram centerlines (1.8mm) on his dhr evos and they work fine

My two sets arrived quickly in Colorado...nice to see that they come with caliper adapters. PM 23, so they may or may not be useful dependong on your config. Lines are detached, so will cut to length, fill and bleed.

You don’t need to fill them. They’re plugged, both the lever and the line/caliper have fluid in them already. Just cut with it facing up and quickly attach it to the lever. Then all you’ll need to do is a lever bleed, if even that (I did it just to be safe, but my dhr evos and trail evos didn’t really “need” it)

Awesome! That'll make me more likely to get them on quicker...tons of stuff (bike and non-bike to juggle at this point).

Thanks!
