Seth and Diamondback part ways
I'm 5'10" and ordered a medium. I feel the same, on the edge of medium and large, would rather it be on the smaller side than dealing with a bike that I may feel is too large. The Sync'r is one of the bikes I have been eyeing. If you don't mind, how tall are you and what size did you order? I land pretty much in-between a medium and a large.
I'm basically the same exact size. I'll let you knowI am a hair over 5'10" with a 32.5 inseam. It would be great to hear a report back on the fit. Enjoy the bike.
Fit is perfect. Feels like this bike was made for my body's dimensions. And they must be scrounging for tires because mine came with 27.5x3.0 tires when 2.8 are listed on their site. I mean I'll take the extra width, they fit with no issue.I am a hair over 5'10" with a 32.5 inseam. It would be great to hear a report back on the fit. Enjoy the bike.
Will do. Have some dialing to do tomorrow since it's not shifting all that well. Need to bleed and bed the brakes as well. I only rode it up and down the street a little bit.Bike looks great. Coming from more of an XC stretched out riding style I was leaning more towards a large, but now not so sure. Please report any further insights you have about your new bike once you get some good trail time in.
Actually no. The "diamondback" bikes sold through sportchek arent diamondbacks at all. These bikes were designed and owned by Canadian tire, and only use Diamondback's name (with what i assume a royalty). They are actually repackaged Diadora bikes, a brand sportchek used to sell until 2022Isn't Diamondback a department store brand? Last I checked, they're sold at SportChek. None of the local bike shops carry the brand.
