It's unique, that's for sure.

Con: I can't imagine spray-on enamel to be particularly durable (relative to, say powder coating) to the rigors of real MTB use.
Pro: Touch-up work will be indistinguishable from the original finish.

It turned out really durable I used a 2k clear coat which has a hardener so it’s really durable but you have to wear a mask cause 2k clear coat is really toxic.

Not a huge fan of the purple but the results are amazing. Great job and if YOU like the color then enjoy it!!! Wonderful job.
This. And if you are 15 you have a good future. In university, my neighbor airbrushed for fun. At one point he was painting cars for side cash. Probably bought alot of his beer while he was a student.

A good sprayer can put himself through college with that work and start a post-grad career debt free.

Great job! Nice to see someone your age taking on a project like that. Stepping out of the box and going purple was a great idea. Keep up the good work and don’t let anyone discourage you from doing things that they are too scared to attempt.

thats awesome! how did you do it?
6 hours of sanding then use a plastic bag the. Spray paint dab the plastic bag onto the frame it creates a marbled effect then use a tinted clear coat to turn it anodized purple. After u let that dry the next step is to use a 2k clear coat let it dry sand it smooth then use a second clear coat then your done.
