Ergon style grips for small hands?

Her 3-season bike has Junit grips. They are the perfect size, but her wrists drop and splay and no amount of reminders about posture has any result other than dropped wrists and/or frustration.

Her winter bike has specialized women's size body geometry grips (discontinued). They are a little big, but workable, and the shape is great.

Any options out there that are tiny ergon style, and working for your kid?

Woom has some that might fit as I'll assume the Junit grips are the ones that fit the smaller diameter handlebar? You may need to email Woom and get the handlebar diameter - woom ORIGINAL Ergogrips – woom bikes USA

If these are the grips Youth Grips - "Bar Diameter Compatibility: 15.5mm". Might also need a shim (or get creative with a hack saw :)) if the brakes and shifter are attached to the grip itself.

Those Woom grips are 19mm ID, so it would be relatively easy, if a little hokey, to make them. work. Any experience with them? They look very.... little kid oriented...

Haven't found a good kids option, but my own experience was that backsweep trumps ergo wings for hand comfort.

Used various grips from Ergon & Shorex over the years, but found that my hands were much happier when I switched to 12 degree backsweep bars and more neutral grips (RevGrips RG-5)

On the Junit grips, though, you might be able to add a small wing with something like Sugru.

Update:

I swapped out the J-Unit handlebars for 640mm adult sized chinese carbon risers and found some new old stock size small double grip shift Ergon GS1 grips and put them on. The grip diameter of the round section is quite large, the plastic core is quite thick (meaning not much padding for the size, and they are 118g (quite a lot heavier than the grips they replace). Brake level reach is still manageable, mainly because her hands are bigger than when we got the J-Unit bar. They do solve the drooping wrists problem, and they are quite narrow. Total weight dropped about 1/4 lb because of the handlebar.

Look at the GA3-S. The GA3-S is the smallest wing grip in our portfolio: GA3

These are my favorites but they are a little long for kids hands. I tried to cut down a pair that I had and it didn't turn out very well because of how the lock and plastic shim works. I'm sure it could have been done better but it lasted about ~2m before I tossed 'em.
