Anybody else got their fork with sram for repairs?
Mine (sid select) has been out for months after the damper failed after 6 weeks use.
I understand the supply side problems , but miss the fork dearly.

If the company-run repair service doesn't have parts, it's hard to believe that anyone else will. Typically, warranty departments at the companies have their own separate stock that dealers/distributors cannot buy. I would suggest calling+asking if there is any way they can expedite the repair, even if it is not a 1 to 1 replacement.

Of course, I would start by calling, period. Your post is not perfectly clear (has SRAM had the fork for months? 5 weeks, or 8?). The last item I sent in needed the chassis replaced, and it took ~6 weeks from shipment to them to receiving it back.

Missed a message from the dealer. Parts are still out for a long time, but I will get an upgraded damper in 2 months.
I know our problems here are meaningless in the bigger picture…
