My rear rim have 3 dent 2 small and one big. I have no problems with the tires. I run tubeless and the tires keep holding air and I didnt have any problem one year later. Is worth to fix the big one dent or not?
I already swaped the rims. I put the dented one front and the good one back. This is so common it's not even a thing. Ride till doesn't hold sealant, then when it doesn't seal stuff a tube in there and keep riding. Keep riding untill it implodes. Note that if it's a front wheel then maybe swap the rim before that last bit.
You need to hold the big dent close to the internet for a more complete opinion. Is worth to fix the big one dent or not?

Take a photo of the damage.
Luckily is still holding airIf it's not leaking, just leave it.
If it does leak, or make mounting tires difficult, then bend it back(carefully).
