If you rim is drilled for schrader then I'd stick with schrader (pretty sure you can get valve hole adapters to go to the smaller diameter presta valves if you really wanted).

If the rims, tyres etc are tubeless compatible then you can maybe look at going tubeless...

Depends. Why do you want to?

Is it easier to get one versus the other where you are? Do you have all of one, none of the other?
Just curious if there are reasons not to switch to a Presta valve tube. I have 2 bikes, one with Presta tubes, one with Schrader tubes. If I need to order replacement tubes it would be easy to order one type of tube for both bikes.
