Hi,
I own and run a Shop in Scotland who is trying to shout about the 29er but we struggle to get bikes from Trek UK as they are only officially bringing in the Rig and Dual Sport bikes from Fisher for 06:(
We have a Paragon 29er demo bike.
Cheers,
Craig Hardie

Holy s! I sell 14 straight gauge for 50 cents. Was that for a silly spoke? Bladed tie-dyed titanium w/chocolate sprinkles?
It was for DT Swiss straight spokes.

Right here

As of a few weeks ago, Big Wheels, LLC is official--I got all the legal/tax stuff in place to sell Lenz frames, WB forks, and of course completely built bikes. Custom 29" wheelsets as well. More options (in frames, forks, and wheels) coming by the week.

I'm based out of Grand Junction, Colorado, but I'll ship anywhere in the US.

You can email me at mike.curiak@gmail.com with questions, requests for price quotes, etc...

Alpha Bicycles

This is Tyler here from Alpha Bicycles. We're located in Centennial, Colorado and have quite a bit of 29'er goodies. In stock are Gary Fisher Cobias, Rig, Ex-Cal. We also just recieved a Mrazek 29'er frame. Also in stock, a Van Dessel Buzz Bomb 29er. To add to the list we are also a dealer for Niner Bikes and Surly. We are huge supporters of the 29er / singlespeed bikes. Swing by the shop, check out the bikes or just come in and chat with the crew.

Live to Ride,

Ty

Feels like free advertising to me, but I'll take it=:) Just built one myself, I am the owner, and sole employee, so no BS, you want it, your talking to who orders it, and makes the profit from it, do I need a better motivator for good customer service? I deal with Titus, who as most of you probably know, can make you one, or I can build you a frame, or wheels, or whatever that relates to a 29er, I just can't believe how much I like them!!! 29" wheel freindly shop

We all hate to get annoyed or distracted responses when our 29" cash is burning in our pocket and we're just trying to place an order the sales person didn't do any effort for.
So please reply with the name and some info when available (country, state, city, street, phone, best person to talk to) of shops that will actually help you out, or at least give it a darn good try with even if they don't stock much 29" stuff, YET. Almost everyone can special-order something for you, if they will. Those are the shops that deserve our cash, they're rewarded for giving new things a shot, and be helpful making it work for us.
Enough responses and it will become a sticky for a while, and then provide us with a nice database of first-choice stores.

Not every Fisher or Nishiki dealer qualifies per se, IMO, so I only list the ones I expect to be more helpful.

Netherlands, Ermelo, Putterweg 14, Leo Steijn, ask for Leo if he's there

If your in the area, check out Pedal Moraine in West Bend, Wisconsin. They have the 2006 line of 29er Fishers, with Rigs on the way once they're off backorder. Also, they keep around a couple different sets of 29er tires and tubes. The full time guys there are 29er nuts, and will help you out a lot if you're hedging on 29er or custom wheels.

Slippery Pig Bikes in Phoenix

Erik at the Pig is a full advocate of the 29er mantra! He has about 20 29ers in stock and at least a dozen forks for the 29er rider. He also going to have his entire staff riding custom 29ers this year. Eriks shop is on Central and Camelback in Phoenix, AZ Or Call 602-263-5143

Nault's Bike Shop in the Manchester, NH area is a 29er dealer (Gary Fisher and are bringing in Redline Monocog 29ers as soon as they are available). They have a 19" GF Cobia in stock as of Febuary 4th, along with a GF 293 (I didn't check the size on it though).

http://www.naultsbikeshop.com/

If any other 29er fans/owners out there reading this has any knowledge of other 29er dealers in the Concord, Manchester or Nashua, NH areas. Please contact me. I am interested in acquiring a 29er within the next 6 months or so.
