Hey Guys,
I have a Transition Patrol 2020 equipped with a Lyrik Select + 170mm

I dont have a HSC or LSC setting, but have a charger compression setting on top of the right leg.

Not sure what this do, doesn't seems to make the fork any firmer, any ideas ?

Second question, I run the fork with one token (factory installed).
I weight 175 lbs, running the fork at 80 psi.

I bottomed out on some steep, real fast, rough section.
Felt like that fork was diving big time.

If you have that fork, mine to share what setting work best for you ?

Thanks !

I have this fork on my spec enduro (temporarily) while my Mezzer is out of commission.
I weigh the same and I'd say that if you ride aggressively you need more psi. It's pretty divey and soft at recommend settings. Try 90 psi and work up or down from there, add a token as well if you bottom again.
I'm at 90 and it works pretty well. I prefer the mezzer for fast, steep gnar, but the Lyrik works great once you get it dialed for your type of riding.

I figured it added compression...
But when you add compression, it changed what exactly in the behavior of the fork ?

I understand rebound, high speed compression and low speed compression setting, But just compression ... ?

When do you want to add more "compression" ?

Don't feel alone, I'm still trying to wrap my head around it as well. It appears many find it confusing as well. From what I have read, if it isn't specified HSC or LSC, then it is LSC. So it increases or decreases the compression DAMPENING. To me it makes it more confusing labeling it just Compression +/-.

Okay that makes sense now I think. Full counter clockwise is fully open which has the most amount of bleed and least amount of compression dampening. The more I turn the dial clockwise , the more it decreases the bleed, causing more compression dampening. Is that right? I hope so, because if not I'm even more confused. lol

Thanks for everyone input.
Kinda weird that this is not clearly explain anywhere on their website...

Compression right now is fully counter clockwise (so no compression.)
Pumped the fork at 100 psi and I got about 25% sag.
Went for a ride and it felt really good, tons more support in steeps sections.
The fork felt "alive".
Still had good small bump sensitivity.

Used about 80% of travel which is fine I think.
I will ride rougher trails tomorrow (Squamish style), will see from there.
