Kudos to Blackburn

I rode my bike to work today (17 miles), and when I got to the office and reached around the back to turn off my tail light, it had gone AWOL. The light must have managed to pry it's way off the seatpost mount. It was a Blackburn Mars 3.0

One five minute call to Blackburn, and they are sending me a new one.

Sending good karma their way.....

Awsome, good to hear there is still a company out there that cares. Takes a honest company to replace a product that fell off taking trust in somones word.

They DO stand behind their products....

I had a 5 year old Blackburn Mamoth pump that an rubber o-ring disinegrated in, rendering the pump useless. I called Blackburn asking for a new o-ring to get my pump back in working order. Instead of a replacement part, they sent me an entire new pump!

Got to love any company that offers,(and stands behind) a "lifetime warranty"!
