If you go to the Push website, go to the Elevensix support link. It's a link to the owners manual with instructions for setting sag. It's accomplished with the pre-load adjuster & eye to eye measurements. Per the manual, sag doesn't come pre set & needs to be set to your riding weight after you install it
Push called me after ordering and asked me how much I weighed with gear on.
It was preset my according to my weight when I received it and what kind of riding i usually do. My preset for valve 1 was 8 high speed/2 low speed, valve 2 was 14 Hs/12LS.
You can adjust it to your needs if u want to.

ALC0R73Z I think you are misunderstanding WLB, sag has nothing to do with either valve 1 or valve 2. The valves are for setting high and low speed compression damping.

Sag is set by the pre-load adjuster that interfaces with the spring. I don’t know if it is the same for all custom built ElevenSixes but mine came set with 1 turn of pre-load on the spring, if you increase the number of turns you will decrease your sag. Pre-load is set between 1 and 5 turns.

I left that alone. Didn't touch it since I got it..

Thanks, that's what I was getting at. Did you find the one turn of pre-load had sag close enough that you didn't need to adjust it?

Here's Vorsprung's take on it.

I left mine at the one turn. Crank down on the set screw so it doesn't loosen back up (mine did). Unless you're very ride-height sensitive you shouldn't need to fiddle with it, and you're better off getting a heavier spring than adding breakaway force to your suspension.

EDIT - Here's a reply from Vorsprung about the "sag" thing down in the comments on YouTube (hey, a useful YouTube comment does exist!):
Vorsprung said:
The point here is that you should set up your SPRING RATE properly. Sag is only used to get spring rate in the right ballpark, but it's not precise and there is no fixed amount of sag that you should have because every bike has a different characteristic and every rider has different requirements. For forks, even measuring sag is pretty useless because you can measure it five times without making changes and get results that vary between 8% and 25% (which should indicate a 300% difference in spring rate) simply because friction and body position mess with it so much.
So in this case, you've got the spring rate right there on your spring. Preload won't change the spring rate, either.

I did adjust mine by one extra turn, I’ve put on 5kg in the last two years (only riding 12 times in a year will do that) but I’ve put it back to its original setting and I’m going to order the next spring up.

Funnily enough I’d just watched Steve’s video about spring rate, that’s what made me decide to purchase a new spring.

I am envious of all you guys. I would love one of these for my Rallon, but Push doesn't support Orbea. Heck ,I'd send them my bike. I've been waiting since the beginning of December what's a few more weeks?

Liquid Black goodness

Just stopped by the Push shop & picked this bad boy up today. Talked to Dave for a while about the settings, went over the charts, etc. Really cool to talk to the guy who built your shock & super nice.

Really looking forward to getting it on the Hightower, but because of work & current rainy/snowy weather it's going to be a bit. Gorgeous desk ornament for the time being, though!

Finally got my 11.6 mounted & got a couple rides in. First two biggest impressions are:
1) This velvety feel, even riding on the road on the way to the trail. It's almost eerie how smooth it feels. I've got "trail" & "descend" modes set up, no bob in trail mode & very little when I switched to descend, even on the road. But just soaks up every little bump & bit of chatter.
2) Traction. Really a big improvement over the stock Monarch Debonair in just how beautifully the rear tire tracks the ground. I have not touched any of the settings on the shock & it is set out of the box perfectly.

Switched back & forth between trail & descend a few times while riding singletrack that varied between chunky & kinda flowy. Love the soft feel of the open side, but the trail side is so perfect, compliant but firm, no bob, that I rode most of the time that way. Switched to the open side on the downhill & it is pretty much everything that everyone says.

Downsides: Cost, obviously, & weight. Picking up my bike to put it in the truck is like, wow, this thing is heavy. But riding it I don't notice it & I was climbing techy stuff way better. My bike was not built to weight weenie specs. WR1 Agent 29 rims, Onyx hubs, Thomson dropper, 11.6......it all adds up & I don't even want to weigh it, but I know it's north of 30lb by a bit:eek: But the ride is worth it, & I need to work harder anyway:thumbsup:

Bottom line, like almost everyone else who has put one on their bike (I have seen one or two dissenting opinions) I love it. Look forward to getting more time on it & play around a bit with settings. View attachment 1190740

Congrats and thanks for the initial ride review!

Looking to buy a secondhand elevensix. It is coming from a nomad 3 and I want to put it on a banshee rune v2. I2i is the same. Wondering how close the tune will be between the two bikes? High end of the rider weight is where I am at.

How does one go about getting the correct mounting hardware and what spring would people recommend for a 100kg rider?

Cheers
