I'm riding xtr 1x11 and the chain is still good. The high and low limit screws are set perfectly. The gears shifted well in the high end (small cogs) but were skipping in the low end (larger cogs). I swapped the cable, brushed the cassette, lubed the pulleys, cleaned the chain, and it's much, much better, but it still clicks a little in the climbing/lower gears, especially without a lot of torque. It looks like it's lined up perfectly, but it has that feeling where you know it's going to hop away and come back to the same ring by itself in the next couple weeks. Any suggestions for fixes, or thoughts on what causes it? Thanks in advance.
fine in higher gears and skips in lowers?

Assuming you have played with micro adjusting your barrel tention. Like said check the hanger.

Check the b-limit screw.

Yep, first thing to check is the hanger alignment. A derailleur hanger alignment gauge is one of the best tools you can invest in, IMO.

Maybe he could get it dialed in better via the barrel adjuster, but a chain skipping on one end of the cassette and not the other is a common symptom of a hanger that needs to be aligned.
