I own xtr di2 group RD-M9050, FD-M9070, SC-M9050, SW-M9050
and trying co configure it but have a problem. There is only right shifter here and it work in reverse than in manual mode.

now when I push X trigger my chain on cassette going UP not down, Y button going down to smallest sprocket.
Because of that I can't adjust my rear derrailleur, when I set it on 5th sprocket, the chain touches my 4th sprocket, when enabling here adjustment mode R, it indicates that is on 16 position and I can't lower derailleur but can only going 15..14..13 so toward 4th sorcket.
Could anyone help me?
