i believe Push will work on the RP23s; not sure if the auto sag feature will throw a monkey wrench into it. I just got my fork back fro, Push a couple of months ago. They have great customer service. Just shoot them an email; I'm sure they will respond. I know they work on the 2010-2011 specialized RP23s and triads

Other thing you can do is buy a standard Fox shock and have a place like PUSH swap the shaft from your stock shock onto the new shock. It's best to contact them and find out the details.
Has anyone checked into this further? This idea is incredibly interesting as I hate Autosag and would love a Float X. If the shaft from the Float CTD Kashima that Specialized offers fits on a Float X that would seriously tempt me to go that route instead of waiting for a Monarch Plus. I just grabbed an Evo link and am weighing my options for replacing the shock before I start the instal of the link.

I talked with my local dealer last week and they said the monarch plus is available to order. Monarch plus comes with autosag and debian air can.

Im running the evo link with my triad. It lowered the bb slightly but I havent had any issues with pedal strikes. I wont be able to afford the monarch until june.

Ugh, I hate Specialized's use of Autosag on all of the proprietary shocks, was really hoping that the Monarch Plus wouldn't come with it. I understand that for the masses that Specialized is appealing to that Autosag is likely a huge selling point for less experienced riders but if we are going to be stuck with proprietary shocks it would be nice to have the option not to have Autosag without having to go to the extreme of buying two shocks and splicing them together. Oh well, at least the Float X is a real possibility for those motivated enough to do it.

According to Specialized_Joe only the standard Monarchs will be coming with autosag. The Monarch Plus won't have autosag.

It looks like only the Monarch RT3 shocks for Camber and Camber Evo will have the Autosag feature. The shocks for the SJ Evo and Enduro won't have Autosag according to the info I have. Thanks!

I am thinking of swapping my 2012 SJ shock (FoxTriad II 197x48mm) with a 2014 camber shock (Flox Float CTD 197x48mm). Before I waste any money, does anyone forsee any problems? My main concern is that the Spesh website says the shock is "custom tuned".

Why are you saying "extra travel"? The dimensions are identical, so travel and geo will remain the same.

The Stumpjumper and Camber have slightly different trail tunes, but that's the only difference.

I am thinking about doing the same with the new Specialized specific Rockshox Monarch RT3. That with a Pike 140 should make for a pretty awesome combo.

I'd love to find a way to tune my current Monarch on my 2012 Camber 29.
It's too stiff to get full travel.
I'm a light guy at 150lbs but the rear shock doesn't seem to get any lower even with less air.
Even large drops wont get the full travel of my shock.

Do I need to let a lot more air out or something?
Do I just need a Fox shock? or a EVO shock?

I tested by letting all the air out and it does move the full travel fine.
