I'm still thinking about getting MERIDA CycloCross 3 #2014. The bike comes with CRANKSET : FSA Omega 46-36 Mega. I would like to replace the 46T chain ring with 52T. What are the most available alternative 52T chain rings that will fit the CRANKSET : FSA Omega 46-36 Mega? Or must I get 52T chain ring from FSA dealer?

Any 110mm Bolt Centre diameter chainring will fit. Not sure what brand is best but there is lots of choice. Why go with a 52t on a cross bike?

This will be a multipurpose bike used mainly on paved road. I could go with 50-34, but that would need 2 chain rings. With 52T chain ring, I will drop the smallest sprocket to 13T, and make the clog cluster a little tighter. I'll change tyres to Panaracer T-SERV PT 28c. Thank you for your advice and link lead.
