We hopped on at the Environmental Center. We just rode around, combined trails, and made up our own loops. There are some small uphills and downhills, but not any difficult climbs. It does make for a good hour long workout. Customer Service Who knows, not even sure if there is even a specific route. Some trails are marked pedestrian only, the rest are "take em as you find em". |

The Reedy Creek single track trails have been off limits to bikes since after Hugo in Sept. 1989. Reedy Creek was THE place to ride in Charlotte in the late '80's. After they cleared the trails from Hugo, bikes were banned, with fines and equipment confiscation for those who get caught. Bikes were restricted to the marked fitness trails only. They may have relaxed the rules in the past 10 years, but realize you may be breaking the law and riding at your own risk. |

I went on a small portion of a trail near the rock house this past weekend. The poison ivy is chest high in places, and really not well maintained. I would recommend wearing long pants unless you want to tangle with the ivy itch. |

I've heard Reedy Creek Park use to be "the place to ride" but now it's just plain boring. There's no technicality to it...no good hills...nothing...I strongly recommend against wasting your time there. Customer Service None Similar Products Used: Uncc |
