Have you been here? I doubt it as it can't exist. The directions lead to houses, houses, and more houses. Maybe it did exist in 1999 (the first posts) but the area is one of the fastest growing areas in the MN Twin cities. Most of the area is now houses with more going in. Unfortunately, I think this trail is history.

it is one of the coolest trails I have ever ridden, and I have been to many exotic places including Colombia, and Chile.

the single track is awesome and it requires a lot of technical skills, i wouldnt recomend this trail for anyone that doesnt consider themselves experts.

The sudden drop-offs are the most scary because the are hidden behind bushes and rocks, there have been a few broken backs there. I ride the trail almost daily, and I am still surpirsed by the sudden drop-offs around the blind curves, i have not yet mastered the piece of art the mother nature has awarded us.

Customer Service

there is only one single track, and it doesnt fork anywere

I love this trail. For one thing almost no one knows about it. I was really suprised to see it here but since everybody is going to know about it now I'll tell you what I think.
It is one of the best trails in the Twin Cities. You can ride for hours and hours. There is a variety of terrain you wouldn't expect to find in Woodbury. The trail is great especially for an expert, which I am not, sometimes I get tired of falling off my bike thats why I am only giving if a 4.

Customer Service

Just follow the trail.

It goes off the regular trail to spin you through huge red pines and hell itself. It really is a challenge, only ride if you are extremely good. There is a 20 foot cliff dropoffs, roots, huge rocks, and a very technical water fall that is not part of the trail but is fun to look at. The trail is really long and fun,my wife calls it "Satans Trail" because of the humidity and canopy of trees overhead. In the midst of the "Hellfire Drop" you might hit a tree, so be careful!!! and safe!!!

I can't tell if this trail is for real or not. I know my way around Woodbury fairly well but someone is going to have to be more specific about how to get there. If this is for real please email me or post the directions here.

I don't believe this is a real trail - somebody was just being a dink trying to get people to waste their time looking for this trail while they went biking somewhere else. f#@kheads! If you're thinking about trying to find this trail be sure to check out a Hudson's map first. Good Luck!

Don't try to find this trail - directions suck

What an idiot am I to not find this trail. The directions were perfect to say the least. These directions would epitomize all other directions, the directions, written so beautifully could easily be mistaken for a romantic song and the author could be compared to great poets such as Homer or Horace. Joe's directions capture the beauty and grace of Mother Nature herself. After reading the directions many times, I realized the true meaning of the directions. One should not take the dircions literally. One must concentrate, even meditate to decipher the code. Only then will you be able to find the trail, it turns out I was F@#$K head that could not find the gift given to us by Joe. I beg forgiveness to Joe, and I am forever indebted to him.

We drove around purgatory... OOps, I mean Woodbury, we even asked local bike shop employees. No one ever even heard of it. There are plenty of places to build trails, however, I think the kids out there wouldn't know how to construct a real trail.

Customer Service

If it WAS in Woodbury, it most likely has been built over by a bunch of houses that cost too much, and look like the one right next to it.Unless some one can write REAL directions don't bother wasting your time.

The trail that these kids probibly review was a couple of little BMX style jumps and berms in an empty lot out there in the sticks. It must not have been that great if the people involved wouldn't fight to keep it open. Too bad, urban sprawl stikes again, I guess. People don't fear making your own trails, get permission from the land owner and be creative.
