Sounds like you might want to look at the ZTR Flow rim
ouaou jumping and small drops with 355???formulaone33 said:Wow, I trail ride with 355's, jumping and doing small drops with them and they are holding up great after a year. FYI, I weigh 215lb and ride a 5" travel 2009 Giant Trance X2.
I got them because I rode for years on Mavic 217, 517 rims. These are 395g rims and I never messed them up. I rode urban doing jumps and 4' drops onto flat concrete on those rims when I weighed 195lb. I have always been a smooth rider though. All my stuff lasts forever. I know 165lb guys that destroy AM rims all the time so I think rim life is more about how good a rider you are and not as much about your weight.Fanis said:ouaou jumping and small drops with 355???
i have the same weight with you and i can't decide which rim to buy to replace my old dtswiss 5.1d
i want something light but i am afraid for my weight
Mavic EN521. I have a set of wheels built with ARCH rims........last Stans rim I will ever buy.....quality is subpar. Shouldn't have to remove burrs from the bead on a $80 rim.Fanis said:ouaou jumping and small drops with 355???
