Zocchi 888 RCX2 - OEM vs Aftermarket

Are there any differences between the two?

I have a line on a new bike that includes a 888 from a dealer and the price is close but a bit under buying the frame and parts aftermarket. Just don't wan't something inferior to the "real deal" on the internals or performance.
