Good evening everyone,
I've got two very big events to announce along with some other stuff and things.
Skyler is heading to Worlds
As you may or may not have heard, Fort Collins Cyclocross is holding a fundraiser to send Black Sheep Bikes and AIC athlete, Skyler Trujillo, to JR Cyclocross World Championships. There will be cross races and a party on January 17th at New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins to help him with his traveling expenses. If you can't make it out on Sunday you can still send donations to:
Black Sheep Junior Cycling
c/o Karen Kincaid-Smith
11240 W. 25th Place
Lakewood, CO 80215.
Checks to be made payable to Black Sheep Junior Cycling - memo: Skyler Worlds fund.
Or donate directly to Paypal:

I'm not sure what it costs to fly to the Czech Republic these days, but I bet it's pretty damn expensive.

A Mid-Winter Nights Dream A Cycling Social Event
Rio Pat and his peeps are putting together one hell of a night for the cycling community.
We're talking about the one and only Dave Towel interviewing the one and only Meredith Miller (2009 National Road Champion) just as she returns from killing it at Cyclocross Worlds. Pat also has a summer movie (bring your own lawn chair...seriously), summer food/drink, pseudo celebrity water balloon toss and all other sorts of wacky hi-jinks. It's free, so bring a date.

In other news:
YGR (
www.yourgroupride.com) is pushing hard right now to bring on a few more advertisers for 2010. We've got a couple different options to get your logo visible to the public, including on our new Fort Collins' Team Car! We've got a Toyota Rav4 that is ready to be decked out with a rack and your logo. This thing is gonna be all over the Fort and the Front Range. Email me for more details and pricing for advertising on the site and/or the Rav.
The Tucson Training Casa is going great guns right now. The temps have been in the 70s and the riding has been great. Just ask the whole CSU Rams Cycling Team. They've been down there putting in big ol' miles this week. The house still has space available until the 27th and it's open to anyone.
$40 per night.
More Meredith Miller stuff: I just added a "Pedaling NYC" video featuring Meredith and some waffles again.
