YT Izzo vs Trek Top Fuel
Looking at the Izzo Core 2 vs Top Fuel 8
Izzo weighs about a pound less & carbon frame (front end at least)
Top Fuel has a better build- XT/SLX vs NX
My last bike had NX and I wasn't that crazy about it.
Izzo is 130/130
TF is 120/120
TF has the frame storage.
TF has higher engagement hub... 54T stock.
Bushing issues with the SID on the TF?
TF is just about dialed in out of the box, Izzo I'd want to make some changes, stem length, higher rise bars, tires

I was going to recommend the Costco Intense 951 XC at $3250. But it's sold out for now. They put the page back up when new stock comes in. It has NX but with the savings you can get what you want for drive. 28.5lbs.

If you can stretch the budget, and you have a cooperative LBS, swap for a non-SID 130 mm fork at the time of purchase and you're set!
