We parked the ShortBus at Laurel Mtn trailhead, and did SouthMills/Squirrel Gap/Wrong turn up HorseCove then back down, then Squirrel Gap/Laurel Creek/Bradley Creek/5015

That's not so bad. . . You could have had it parked at the top of Caney Bottom for a shuttle.

Hee hee , ive done that but only after a long day of riding other trails and wanting to get in a quickie DH!

actually i enjoy climbing 475B... i love the looks you get from the shuttler's as they drive by...most don't make eye-contact the ones that do....have that look....."yeah, yeah i know, i'm a lameass!" :yesnod:

I've noticed it's tiny blue butterfly season again. They congregate in clusters on the trails. Very pretty!

I hate that last climb up to yellow gap on 5015. I did that loop last year. I ran out of water on that last climb and it was so hot my brains were starting to fry. At some point I laid down on the roadside and nearly died. Good times!
