So it's the offseason and I am thinking of trying to make my ride a little more race oriented, and lighten it up. Updated*

Frame: 06 Transition Gran Mal
Fork: Fox 40RC2- Ti springs
Shock: Fox dhx 5.0
Wheel Set: Right now, Azonic Outlaws (Thinking DT Swiss 6.1d rims laced to Hadley hubs, but have heard the rims are weaksauce)
Brakes: Avid Juicy 5
Guide: MRP ( Soon to be a E.13 Lightguide)
Shifter: Sram Attack
Cranks: Saint
Tires: Maxxis 2.5 3c minion dhf and highroller
Seat: Fizik
Derailleur: XTR
Post: Thompson
Stem: Raceface
Bars: Truvative
Pedals: Crank Bros 50/50x

What else would help other than the stuff listed.

I would just swap the fork! Everything else is on point!

Any more of a Dh frame and it would have to be a 'race' fram like a Sunday, v10,RL9, R9, etc...

2200 if its mint I guess - but that is complete.

That bike is clean. Damn! I wonder what the weight difference is between that frame and a V10. What kind of wheels are those? You might just want to lighten it up a bit?

Race ready if you just go smaller on the cassette, go larger on the frt chain ring, shorter cage, thompson post, ligher saddle, single guide, dump the QR seat collar....

and fill in those bar ends to meet Norba standards.

obviously someone likes to build bikes, how about riding down a mountain every now and then in an effort to determine if said pile of parts will actually function together as a bike...
