I plan to make it down to the VOC 2sdsy for the afternoon.Not much excitement for this demo?

People would flock to any demo held at SoMo. It has the trails to test anything from hardtails to full-on D/H bikes.

It seems the excitement level of most any demo that is no longer held as South Mtn. is way, way down. For most Valley riders MMP is out of the way and somewhat isolated in its local, and the trails offered cannot test the gamut of bike types.
Still better than nothing, it just won't draw the masses like it once did. I miss those days.

Your right, to a point.

The way I understand it (from my conversation with Anthony S. a while back, not confirmed by me with the city ...) is that the city will no longer allow any trailer parking in the lots, or provide a permit for trailer parking, with the exception of horse trailers...they can use the lots at will. Anyhow that effectively removed Yeti from the SoMo scene as they have used a trailer for a long time. I have seen other demo's out there, but not with a trailer parked.

So did anyone go? I wanna know if they have any Big Tops in that demo trailer.

The rig did have 29ers and there were people riding them but I did not look at them at all
